Recent Colors

Overview

The color picker displays a row of recently used colors, giving you quick access to colors you have already applied in your design. This saves time when working with a consistent color palette across multiple elements.

How It Works

• Auto-saved on pick — Every time you select a color, it is automatically added to your recent colors list
• Last 8 shown — The most recent 8 colors are displayed as swatches below the color picker
• Persists via local storage — Your recent colors are saved locally and persist across sessions
• Click to apply — Click any recent color swatch to instantly apply it to the selected element

Where It Appears

The recent colors row appears in every color picker dialog throughout the application, including fill color, stroke color, text color, shadow color, and any other property that uses a color value.
